RESEARCH AREA LEADER FOR BICOL, DAVAO AND CAVITE
Main Responsibilities
• Prepare, disburse and control of project funds within the assigned area
• Prepare Area coverage within the assigned area and meet the target timelines
• Prepare all the necessary forms on a daily basis to be used during field work.
• Daily dispatch of Field Interviewers area of coverage and required productivity
• Monitor and summarize daily productivity of Field Interviewers in terms of attendance and output, and fieldwork expenses
• Conduct observation and spot checking to ensure Field Interviewers adhere to the prescribed data gathering standards
• Conduct briefing/training and re-training to Field Interviewers and Quality Auditors
Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, IT Management or any four-year course
• With good communication and leadership skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)
• Should be of good health and can endure physical requirements of fieldwork
• Must be willing to travel across different parts of the country
